Return & Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, KKouture does not offer returns or exchanges.
Exchange is only applicable in case of a wrong size or a defective item.

The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery, and the item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
